League of Legends players, it's that time again to compete for the Students' Finnish Championship!
Aalto Gamers is proud to present... League of Legends Finnish Student Championships 2023! Build your team of fellow students or recent graduates, and face other teams to fight for a staggering 2000€ prize pool and the glory of the LOL OSM-cup!
The tournament consists of an online qualification day on 13 May and offline finals on 27 May.
There is no entry fee!
Qualification day
- Date and time: 13.5. 12:00-21:00
- Format: double elimination, best of one (BO1), top 4 teams will advance to the finals.
- Max 32 teams
- Server: EU West
Final day
- Date and time: 27.5. 12:00-
- Place: offline, Design Factory, Puumiehenkuja 5a, Espoo, Finland.
- Format: single elimination, best of three (BO3)
- Server: Riot tournament realm
Prizes
- 1st place: 1000€
- 2nd place: 500€
- 3rd and 4th place: 250€

- Registration is open until 10.5.
- To register, you must:
- Be a full team (5-7) players. If necessary, you can search for team members e.g. on AG Discord.
- Be a student at a Finnish university or university of applied sciences. All team players must be university students, but they do not have to be from the same school.
- Exchange students and other international students at Finnish universities can also participate.
- Students who are on a gap year or graduated up to (1) year ago can also participate.
Stream
- Both days will be streamed at twitch.tv/aaltogamers.
Rules
- Finnish Student Sports Federation rules are applied for team line-ups and general tournament regulations. Exception to the rules used in this competition is that the team members do not need to be from the same school.
- The actual games will be played under the rules of Finnish Esports Federation with a few exceptions. Read the rules here. - Be ready to show your student card or a copy of your study diploma during the competition if needed
